一、活動重點及目的：

本工作坊旨在提升學生的進階英語運用能力，強化閱讀、聽力、口說與寫作的整合訓練，並培養學生在真實情境中以英語進行思辨與表達的能力。課程設計著重於語言應用與批判性思考，協助學生在全英語環境中增進溝通能力與語言流暢度。

This workshop aims to strengthen freshmen’s English speaking skills, help students quickly adapt to a bilingual learning environment, and build confidence in expressing themselves in daily English conversations.

二、活動特色及執行情形：

課程以實用英語會話為核心，透過循序漸進的教學設計，讓學生在輕鬆的互動中練習表達自我。老師以生活化範例與分組活動帶領學生練習，讓學生在互動中自然開口說英文，能在真實情境模擬中培養英語表達的流暢度與自信。也透過課堂中安排小作業，讓學生以短文形式分享自己對未來的想法或規劃，實際應用課堂所學。另有主題式研討教學，讓學生分組進行辯論，從不同角度在主題內容的討論中來培養組織語言、表達觀點與即席回應的能力。整體課程兼具語言訓練與思辨挑戰，學生參與度高，能在真實語境中培養英語表達的自信與邏輯思維能力。

The course focuses on practical English conversation, using a progressive teaching approach that helps students practice self-expression through relaxed and interactive activities. The instructor guides students with real-life examples and group activities, encouraging them to speak English naturally in interactions and to build fluency and confidence through real-life situation simulations. In addition, the course includes short assignments in which students share their thoughts or plans for the future in brief written pieces, allowing them to apply what they have learned in class. The course also features theme-based discussions and debates, where students work in groups to explore different perspectives, developing their skills in language organization, expressing opinions, and spontaneous responses. Overall, this course integrates language training with critical thinking, engaging students in active participation and helping them build confidence, fluency, and logical thinking in authentic communicative contexts.
