一、活動重點及目的：
本次活動旨在協助教師了解115學年度第2學期EMI及先導課程之開課規定、認證申請流程與品質追蹤機制。因應114學年度第2學期修訂之教師EMI獎勵辦法，新增EAP（學術英語）及ESP（專業英語）先導課程獎勵，並調整課程認證及品質追蹤相關規定，透過說明會協助教師掌握最新制度與申請所需文件，提升教師開課意願與申請作業效率，進一步推動本校EMI及先導課程發展，提升學生英語學習與專業知識整合之成效。
This activity aims to help faculty members understand the course offering regulations, certification application procedures, and quality assurance mechanisms for EMI and pilot courses in the second semester of the 2026–2027 academic year. In response to the revisions to the EMI Faculty Incentive Program in the second semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, incentives for English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) pilot courses have been introduced, along with adjustments to course certification and quality monitoring procedures. Through this briefing session, faculty members will gain a clear understanding of the updated policies and required application documents, thereby increasing their willingness to offer such courses and improving the efficiency of the application process. Ultimately, the activity seeks to promote the development of EMI and pilot courses at the university and enhance the integration of students’ English proficiency and professional knowledge.
二、活動特色及執行情形：
本次活動結合制度說明與教師經驗分享，除介紹115學年度第2學期EMI及先導課程之開課規定、認證申請流程、應備文件及品質追蹤機制外，亦邀請具EMI課程開設經驗之盧燕嬌老師分享「咖啡與健康」實際教學經驗與課程規劃方式，提供教師具體的教學實務參考。透過制度說明與經驗交流，協助有意開設EMI或先導課程之教師釐清申請流程、了解課程設計方向及相關資源，促進教師間的經驗交流，並鼓勵教師投入EMI及先導課程之開設，持續提升本校雙語教學品質。
This activity combines policy briefings with faculty experience sharing. In addition to introducing the course offering regulations, certification application procedures, required documents, and quality monitoring mechanisms for EMI and pilot courses in the second semester of the 2026–2027 academic year, the session will invite Professor Yen-Chiao Lu, who has experience teaching EMI courses, to share practical teaching experiences and course planning strategies, providing faculty members with concrete examples and insights for their own teaching practices. Through policy explanations and professional exchange, the activity aims to help faculty members interested in offering EMI or pilot courses clarify the application procedures, explore course design approaches, and understand the available resources. It also encourages the exchange of teaching experiences among faculty members and promotes greater participation in EMI and pilot course offerings, thereby continuously improving the quality of bilingual education at the university.
