一、活動重點及目的：

本次講座以「英文履歷與面試技巧」為主題，協助學生了解求職與升學過程中英文履歷撰寫及面試準備之關鍵能力。課程強調履歷不僅是經歷羅列，更應透過具體成果與個人特色呈現專業能力，提升學生自我行銷與國際職場競爭力。同時，引導學生學習如何分析企業需求、掌握面試重點與準備策略，增進學生未來求職、升學及國際交流之英語溝通能力與自信。

This seminar focused on English Resume Writing and Interview Skills, helping students understand the key skills required for writing English resumes and preparing for interviews in the processes of job seeking and further education. The seminar emphasized that a resume should not simply list experiences, but should highlight professional competencies through specific achievements and personal strengths, enhancing students’ self-marketing skills and competitiveness in the international workplace. Students were also guided to learn how to analyze employer requirements, identify key interview considerations, and develop effective preparation strategies, thereby improving their English communication skills and confidence for future employment, further education, and international exchanges.

本次講座結合理論說明與實務經驗分享，介紹企業招募者篩選履歷之重點，說明如何在有限時間內透過履歷展現個人優勢，並分享運用 AI 工具分析職缺需求、強化履歷內容之方式。課程亦針對面試準備進行說明，包含如何以具體案例證明自身能力、展現專業形象，以及事前了解企業背景與文化的重要性。透過講師分享實際職場經驗與案例，協助學生建立履歷撰寫及面試應對觀念，提升未來求職與升學之準備能力。

The seminar combined theoretical instruction with practical experience sharing. It introduced key factors that recruiters consider when screening resumes and explained how to effectively highlight personal strengths within a limited amount of space. The seminar also shared ways to use AI tools to analyze job requirements and enhance resume content. The session further addressed interview preparation, including how to demonstrate competencies through specific examples, present a professional image, and understand the importance of researching an organization’s background and culture in advance. Through the instructor’s sharing of real-world workplace experiences and practical examples, students were able to develop a better understanding of resume writing and interview strategies, strengthening their preparation for future employment and further education.
