The activity consisted of a 12-week full-English course and incorporated various teaching methods, including lectures, situational practice, role-playing, classroom simulations, and a final comprehensive scenario-based exercise. Starting with American culture and everyday social situations, the course gradually progressed to topics such as ordering food at restaurants, asking questions in the classroom, professional terminology, clinical scenarios, professional self-introductions, email writing, and strategies for expressing disagreement politely. The final comprehensive simulation integrated the language and professional communication skills students had developed throughout the course.
