
一、活動重點及目的:
本系列課程以經典童話為媒介,結合英語學習與心理成長,透過《灰姑娘》、《醜小鴨》與《小美人魚》等文本,引導學生探索創傷經驗、自我認同與情感關係等重要議題。課程融入「韌性」、「英雄旅程」、「社會凝視」及「自我接納」等概念,協助學生理解個體在成長歷程中如何面對外在評價與內在掙扎,並逐步建立穩定的自我價值。透過英語閱讀、討論與反思活動,學生不僅提升語言能力,更培養自我覺察與同理他人的能力,進而學習在愛與關係中保持自我、在困境中尋找成長契機,達到語言學習與心理素養並重之教育目標。
This course integrates classic fairy tales with English learning and psychological development. Through texts such as Cinderella, The Ugly Duckling, and The Little Mermaid, students are guided to explore themes of trauma, self-identity, and emotional relationships. The course incorporates concepts such as resilience, the Hero’s Journey, social gaze, and self-acceptance, helping students understand how individuals navigate external judgments and internal struggles in the process of growth. Through English reading, guided discussions, and reflective activities, students not only enhance their language proficiency but also develop self-awareness and empathy. Furthermore, they learn to maintain a sense of self in relationships and to find opportunities for growth in adversity, achieving a balance between language learning and psychological literacy.
二、活動特色及執行情形:
本系列課程以跨領域整合為特色,融合英語教學、文學詮釋與心理學觀點,透過故事情境、角色分析與象徵意涵,引導學生進行深度思辨與自我反思。教學設計包含關鍵語言學習、影片輔助、情境對話及引導式提問,營造具情感連結的學習氛圍,提升學生聽說讀寫能力。同時,透過經驗分享,鼓勵學生連結個人生命經驗,思考自我認同、情感表達與人生選擇等議題。整體執行情形良好,學生參與度高、回饋正向,能從多元視角理解自我價值與成長意義,有效達成促進語言能力與心理發展的雙重學習成效。
This series is characterized by its interdisciplinary approach, integrating English instruction, literary interpretation, and psychological perspectives. Through story contexts, character analysis, and symbolic meanings, students are encouraged to engage in critical thinking and self-reflection. Instructional design includes key vocabulary and language input, multimedia support, situational dialogues, and guided questioning to create an emotionally engaging learning environment that enhances students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. In addition, experience-sharing activities encourage students to connect the texts with their own life experiences, fostering deeper reflection on self-identity, emotional expression, and life choices. Overall implementation was successful, with high student engagement and positive feedback, effectively achieving the dual goals of language development and psychological growth.
