
一、活動重點及目的:
本次講座旨在協助教師了解並善用 Google Workspace 數位工具於 EMI 課程教學中,提升教學效率與課堂互動品質。透過介紹 Google Vids、Google 表單及 Google Sites 等實用功能,引導教師學習如何製作教學影片、設計即時回饋與學習評量工具,以及建置課程專屬網站,協助教師系統化整合教材與學習資源,強化 EMI 課程之教學設計與學生學習成效。
This lecture aimed to assist instructors in understanding and effectively utilizing Google Workspace digital tools in EMI courses to enhance teaching efficiency and the quality of classroom interaction. By introducing practical features of Google Vids, Google Forms, and Google Sites, the session guided instructors in learning how to create instructional videos, design tools for real-time feedback and learning assessment, and build course-specific websites. These approaches helped instructors systematically integrate teaching materials and learning resources, thereby strengthening instructional design and improving student learning outcomes in EMI courses.
二、活動特色及執行情形:
本次講座由君邑資訊公司張婕葳老師授課,課程內容以「基礎實作、立即應用」為核心,透過實際操作示範,帶領教師逐步認識 Google Workspace 在 EMI 教學情境中的應用方式。課程中介紹 Google Vids 於教學影片剪輯與教材製作上的應用,協助教師快速製作具視覺化效果的英語教學素材;同時說明 Google 表單於課堂互動、學習回饋與評量蒐集上的實務操作,以及 Google Sites 在建置課程網站、整合教學資源與作業管理上的優勢。活動過程中教師參與踴躍,透過實作練習與講師即時說明,加深教師對數位工具於 EMI 課程中實際應用的理解與信心。
The lecture was delivered by Ms. Chieh-Wei Chang from Junyi Information Co. Ltd. The course content emphasized “hands-on practice and immediate application,” with step-by-step demonstrations guiding instructors through the use of Google Workspace in EMI teaching contexts. The session introduced the application of Google Vids for editing instructional videos and developing teaching materials, enabling instructors to quickly produce visually engaging English-language content. It also covered the practical use of Google Forms for classroom interaction, learning feedback, and assessment collection, as well as the advantages of Google Sites in building course websites and integrating teaching resources and assignment management.
Throughout the event, instructors participated actively. Through hands-on practice and real-time explanations from the instructor, participants gained a deeper understanding and increased confidence in applying digital tools effectively within EMI courses.
