一、活動重點及目的:

為提升同學在全英語課程報告表達能力及國際活動行銷推廣技巧,本校EMI中心與中國生產力中心合作,特別規劃Canva AI 技能雙日線上培訓課程,使同學們能掌握國際通用的視覺設計及AI輔助內容素材製作技巧。

To enhance students' presentation skills in English-taught courses and improve their marketing and promotion abilities for international events, the university's EMI Center has collaborated with the China Productivity Center to organize a two-day online training program on Canva AI skills. This course aims to equip students with internationally recognized visual design techniques and AI-assisted content creation skills.

二、活動特色及執行情形:

在這堂課中,學員透過實作學習如何運用 Canva 製作互動式簡報與進行多元視覺設計。從簡報播放時的互動功能如線上投票與測驗,到圖像與影片的編修技巧,例如背景去除、邊角調整與加入描邊效果,都能讓設計內容更具專業感。此外,也介紹了如何透過圖庫與應用程式搜尋高品質素材,並利用 AI 工具產出風格一致的插圖應用於簡報中。課程中亦實際操作無限白板與版本管理功能,讓學生了解多人協作與內容回溯的便利性。最後搭配動畫與路徑設定練習,強化視覺表現效果,使學員不僅能獨立完成簡報設計,也具備整合互動元素的能力。

In this course, participants learn through hands-on practice how to use Canva to create interactive presentations and diverse visual designs. From interactive features during presentation playback—such as live polling and quizzes—to image and video editing techniques like background removal, corner adjustments, and adding outline effects, the content is designed to enhance the professional quality of their designs. The course also covers how to search for high-quality assets using Canva’s content library and apps, as well as how to generate consistent-style illustrations with AI tools for use in presentations. Students also get practical experience with the infinite whiteboard and version control features, gaining insight into the convenience of collaborative work and content tracking. Finally, animation and path-setting exercises help strengthen visual storytelling, enabling participants not only to independently create presentation designs but also to integrate interactive elements effectively.
