一、活動重點及目的:
為提升職場行政英語應用力,教務處EMI中心特別規劃「國際英語業務職訓系列課程」,包含英文活動企劃班(已結訓)、提升工作效率整合Office軟體實務應用班(3月10日開班)、與LTTC職工英語班(4月開班),藉以強化本校職員工之英文溝通與相關行政業務工作技能。
To enhance workplace proficiency in administrative English, the Office of Academic Affairs' EMI Center has specially designed a series of "International Business English Training Courses." These include the English Event Planning Course (already completed), the Improving Work Efficiency with Office Software Application Course (starting on March 10), and the LTTC Staff English Course (starting in April). These courses aim to strengthen the English communication skills and administrative job competencies of the university staff.
二、活動特色及執行情形:
本次「提升工作效率整合 Office 軟體實務應用班」課程設計聚焦於實務操作與資料處理能力的提升,內容涵蓋資料分析、Power Query 實作、函數運用及文件整合等多元主題。
教師們學習態度積極,課堂中主動發問、踴躍討論,展現高度參與度。講師以「錯中學」為教學理念,搭配實作操作引導學員從錯誤中學習,深化理解並培養實務操作的能力。
課程中,學員學習使用 Power Query 編輯與匯入資料,進行資料篩選與儲存格格式調整,並進一步認識快捷功能區與基礎函數的應用。實作成果包含建立 BMI 計算與個人資料整理表格,有效結合多項技能。
進階教學部分則著重於交叉樞紐分析的運用,學員練習從大量資料中選取關鍵欄位進行彙整與排序,並學習透過「值的顯示方式」調整分析結果的呈現樣式。課程亦介紹版面設定技巧,如定義頁首資訊與預覽列印功能,提升實用性。
在文件整合應用方面,學員學會將 Excel 資料匯入至 Word 文件中,並了解不同貼上方式的差異與功能,最後,課程也複習了前次課程內容,如格式化條件與儲存格設定,並進一步延伸至資料邏輯判斷、比較與來源變更等應用,加強整體學習成效與整合能力。
The "Improving Work Efficiency with Office Software Application Course" focuses on enhancing practical skills in data processing and operations. The content covers various topics, including data analysis, Power Query practice, function usage, and document integration.
The participants demonstrated a positive learning attitude, actively asking questions and engaging in lively discussions during class, showing high levels of participation. The instructor adopted a "learn from mistakes" teaching philosophy, guiding students to learn through hands-on practice, deepening their understanding and developing practical skills.
In the course, participants learned how to use Power Query to edit and import data, perform data filtering and cell formatting, and became familiar with the use of shortcut functions and basic formulas. Practical outcomes included creating BMI calculation sheets and personal data management tables, effectively combining multiple skills.
The advanced portion of the course focused on cross-pivot analysis. Students practiced selecting key columns from large datasets for consolidation and sorting, and learned to adjust the presentation of analysis results using "value display" options. The course also covered layout techniques, such as defining header information and using print preview, enhancing practical utility.
Regarding document integration, students learned how to import Excel data into Word documents, understanding the differences and functions of various paste options. The course also reviewed previous content, such as conditional formatting and cell settings, while extending the application to data logic judgments, comparisons, and source changes, reinforcing overall learning outcomes and integration skills.
