【EMI教師培訓課程】114年01月13-17日成功大學教師培訓班

一、活動重點及目的:

This five-day, 36-hour hybrid training program aimed to enhance the EMI teaching competencies of university educators by focusing on bilingual teaching workflows, multimodal scaffolding, and the integration of AI and digital resources. Participants developed adaptive teaching strategies aligned with local needs to improve EMI course delivery.

Program Highlights:

1. Comprehensive Topics: Covered EMI teaching processes, pedagogical strategies, and the latest research and teaching cases.
2. Practical Applications: Included group discussions, micro-teaching sessions, and collaborative exploration of AI-enhanced teaching tools.
3. Reflective Learning: Participants engaged in peer observation, reflective practices, and feedback sessions to refine their teaching skills.
4. Flexible Delivery: Combined 30 hours of live online classes (via Cisco Webex) and 6 hours of asynchronous activities, including peer teaching review and feedback.

Execution: The program was well-structured and interactive, with educators actively participating in discussions, practicing micro-teaching, and exchanging feedback. The integration of practical tools and real-life teaching examples ensured participants left with actionable strategies for enhancing EMI course quality.
